HOW DO I CONSIGN?
We ask that you book appointments for consignment. You can book appointments online under the 'book appointment' heading. Dates and times that are available will show up. Unlike traditional consignment, we buy clothes right off, and we do a 50/50 split for store credit and a 40/60 split for cash!
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A CONSIGNMENT APPOINTMENT?
Before you book a consignment appointment, please read through the entirety of our FAQ. Appointments last no longer than fifteen minutes and we ask that you arrive punctually because appointments are booked back to back. We will go through clothes and accessories and make a “we’ll take this” pile and a “we’ll give this back” pile. We look for clothes are well made and in-season. We will not accept clothes from cheap, fast fashion brands like Old Navy, Forever21, H&M, Reitman's, etc. Before you arrive to a consignment call, there are a few things that we ask you to do. Please wash all of your clothes, and ensure the shoes and accessories you bring in are clean. We will not accept items that are dirty, stained, have animal hair on them or smell like smoke. We ask that you only bring clothes that are in season- so shorts in the spring/summer and winter coats in the fall/winter. DO YOU DO HOLDS?
We do! We hold items for 24 hours, just send us a message on instagram! We will need your name to hold an item and we do not require a deposit to hold an item. We do, however, have a three strike policy. This means that if you put an item on hold three times and do not come for it, we can no longer hold items for you.
WHAT IS THE ACCESSIBILITY OF YOUR STORE?
We are wheelchair and stroller accessible. There isn't a space to lock up bikes outside, but we are more than happy for you to bring your bike inside while you shop! We also have to option of booking an after hours consignment appointment if you don't feel comfortable shopping in front of strangers. We will do our darndest to accommodate you, send us a message if you have any concerns about our accessibility.
CAN I MAKE A SHOPPING APPOINTMENT?
We can book you in to shop at the store outside of our opening hours. This service is especially for genderqueer individuals who might not feel comfortable shopping in front of strangers and people with specific accessibility needs, but we never ask you to say why you would like an appointment outside of normal store hours.
