HOW DO I CONSIGN?
Go through your clothes after reading through the entirety of our FAQ.
You can walk in with clothes on Wednesday and Thursday between 12 and 5pm, or Friday between 12 and 2. Please only walk in with a maximum of 20 items. You'll come in, we'll go through your items, and we'll shoot you off an etransfer if we see anything we like! super easy and quick.
If you are looking to book an appointment with more than 20 items, we ask that you first come in for a walk-in appointment so we can ensure that your items are a right fit for the store. Once you've walked in we can book you in for an appointment on the spot or you can send us an email to book it.
CAN WE DROP OFF MERCHANDISE THAT WE WOULD LIKE TO GET RID OF?
We don't take donations, because we are not a thrift store. However, if you're looking for your clothes to go to a good cause, we do have a pay it forward fund- that means the money we offer you for your clothes can be put in to a pot. We use the money from this pot to pay for the clothes of people who have barriers to accessing clothes that make them feel good.
WHAT KIND OF CLOTHES DO YOU LOOK FOR?
We love anything classy and classic, items of medium to high quality. Things that are silk, linen, wool, alpaca, etc are higher priority for us. We love items from the 20th century, and stock very few items from the 2010s onwards, unless they are higher quality. We do not buy items from the mall, or any fast fashion brands. Vintage is always preferred!
We will not accept stained, smoke-smelling or clothes with holes in them. Everything we purchase will be in-season- which means we won't buy a snowsuit in June or a swimsuit in January!
CAN I SEND YOU PHOTOS OF ITEMS BEFORE I COME IN? CAN I COME IN AT A TIME THAT ISN'T LISTED ON THE WEBSITE?
Nope! We have all of these rules in place because it is a system that works for us. While we are so grateful you're interested and want to support us, we can't bend those rules!
